Why do I have to pay to access Stadskanaal under Steam?
On normal operating days, the platform at Stadskanaal station is freely accessible. During Stadskanaal under Steam, the platform is only accessible with a day ticket. There are many additional sights and activities on the Stadskanaal railway yard and platform, and without charging an entrance fee, it is unfortunately not feasible for us to organise the event.
