NK Train pulling
It’s that time again on Sunday, July 6. During the 11th edition of the NK Treintrekken, strong men and women take on the task of pulling a 21-ton locomotive. Men are given an additional 10 tons to deal with. Who-o-who will get the locomotive moving… and who is the fastest? The NK treintrekken starts at 12:30. Location: Stadskanaal station. This event is organised in collaboration with O-S-O, Organisatie Sterke mannen Oldambt.
Ticket sales
Buy your ticket online via our ticket shop, which you can then easily exchange for an authentic train ticket at the counter upon arrival! Tickets can also be purchased at Stadskanaal and Veendam stations. The conductor checks and clips the ticket on the train.
Always make sure you are present at least 30 minutes before departure!
