It is almost Pentecost. And traditionally, the Teddy Bear Express will be running again on Whit Monday (9 June). This day is all about our young visitors. With a teddy bear, they can take the STAR train for free on this day.

A life-size Teddy bear will also be walking around on this day. With all the children’s little teddy bears, it is of course also very cozy on the train. Is your Teddy bear sick? No problem. The Teddy Bear Doctor will look at your bear and make it better again.

Timetable

The Teddy Bear Express will run between Stadskanaal and Veendam on this day. The train leaves Stadskanaal for Veendam at 10:50 and 14:05. A return ticket from Veendam is possible at 12:05.

Tickets

Children up to the age of 11 travel for free if they have a teddy bear with them. Maximum 3 children per accompanying adult. A return ticket Stadskanaal – Veendam for 12 years and older is €15. Tickets can be purchased online in the ticket shop or on Teddy Bear Day at the counter in Stadskanaal or Veendam.
