Join Sinterklaas and Piet for a train ride! On 22, 28 and 29 November 2026, Sinterklaas and his Pieten will once again visit the STAR Museum Railway in Veendam (22 November) and Stadskanaal (28 and 29 November).

For many years, Sinterklaas has traditionally visited the STAR Museum Railway at the end of November. This year, he has once again found time in his busy schedule to take a train ride. But of course, Sinterklaas and his Pieten do not want to travel alone! They would love lots of children to join them.

For young and old

Together with the children, mums, dads, grandmas and grandads, Sinterklaas and his Pieten will enjoy a fun train ride along the STAR railway line. What will happen along the way this time? It promises to be a cheerful, cosy and exciting journey.
